About this course

An entire generation of experienced and specialized workers is retiring, taking with them their expertise. The drilling industry faces a unique challenge today when it comes to recruiting the right people for the right roles. This course is about training potential candidates for employment in entry-level rig positions on Oil and Gas drilling rigs.

This course is designed to produce rig-ready persons, thereby reducing the risk that newly employed personnel may bring to rig operations. This is likely to reduce the risk profile of organization who engage these personnel.

The course combines both classroom and practical sessions.
